We have been extremely happy with the works carried out and thank you Colin and all the guys for making our house renovations come together so smoothly. Prompt, punctual, excellent tradesmen, fitted in around us and allowed us to do what we could. What an amazing transformation from a tired, dark and cramped 40 year old kitchen/dining/laundry area to a modern, spacious, light and airy replacement which is welcoming and lovely to use and has the best walk through pantry - thanks to Josh and Nathan for their great idea.

Hi Col,
I have been meaning to email you for ages. I wanted to let you know that I ran into a woman in the park with a house similar to ours who also got a major renovation/extension like ours. (New roof, new cladding, new windows). I have been watching its progress with interest and discovered their boy is in kinder with our daughter.

Anyway, this lady was saying the project had been hard especially as she had to get the builder to redo work all the time because the quality wasn't there.

I was able to turn around and say that I had not had that experience and had been very fortunate in my builder! So thank you again. I think of you and Grant every time I am able to leave my daughter’s room without the floor squeaking. And for lots of other reasons too.
We still love our house and are forever grateful to have had you build it for us!

Dear Colin,
Just a note to thank you for carrying out our recent renovation. You came highly recommended from friends and we were not disappointed.

Right from the start we knew we were dealing with someone a cut above the rest.  You were prompt, helpful and extremely pleasant and professional to deal with in the planning process – even though we changed our minds three times before the work even began.

You kept us informed about costs and timelines from the word go and you were true to your word which is a rarity these days.  The work was carried out efficiently and with a minimum of disruption to us even though we chose to live in the house during the renovation and have our entire kitchen replaced.  You were always conscious of casing as little disruption as possible to our day to day lives.  We truly appreciated it, especially with two young children to add to the mix.

The renovation was finished on time and on budget and without fuss.  We were happy with the way the whole process was carried out.

Once again, thank you for everything you did.  We won’t hesitate to recommend you to family and friends, or strangers for that matter.  We look forward to calling you back down the track to carry out our next renovation.
