We are in the business of building additions & alterations to existing homes and new boutique homes (built to order). We use quality materials, skilled workers and decades of experience to achieve efficient and excellent results every time.

Understanding and creating your vision is our goal at Mynard Homes.
As you enter the planning stage of your project, you will have a vision of the finished product. You can trust us to build your vision in form and function so you achieve your desired results.
You can relax as our aim is to provide you with a quality product with minimum disruption to you. To achieve this we take on a maximum of two or three projects at any one time. We give individual attention to your job. Throughout the project we keep you well informed on progress and timelines.
You will be pleased with our building principles that are based upon a solid construction that offers quality, long life and peace of mind. For instance, while many builders set studs at 600mm apart, we set them at 450mm. In bathrooms and ensuites we use villaboard (smooth finish cement sheet board) rather than plasterboard. These are just two examples of our desire to build well.
Your building project is guaranteed for 7 years under Home Owners Warranty Insurance. You don't need to worry about insurance as we have Contract Works insurance, which covers the entire building process.
You will benefit from our fixed price quote or if you wish to be involved in providing fittings, materials or trades, there are other options to cut costs.
We take away the stress by managing all elements of your building project. As your vision unfolds we make every effort to minimize the disruption to your life.
